I’ve written about the importance of the trifecta in question and pertaining to achieving success. But like that old saying goes, “Anything worth saying is worth repeating (Humble the Poet).” Unlike the previous offerings, this one will be short and sweet. I promise.

Time

Time is our greatest personal commodity, just as it’s amongst our greatest gifts, second only to life, mind you. So, with something so precious, we should always be mindful of how it’s spent. Right?

In attempting to accomplish any goal, we’ll need to invest a certain amount of time daily. My suggestion? Ensure the time selected remains the same throughout. Why? Because a routine becomes a habit, and a habit becomes second nature. And ensure that you spend every second of the designated time focused on attempting to accomplish the goal. After all, wasn’t it chosen for that reason?

Energy

We have our plan. Now, it’s time to execute it. Like it is with time, we need to invest energy into attempting to accomplish our goal. The more effort we put in, the closer we will get to the desired result. This is where using every second of the designated time comes into play. And make sure if your effort doesn’t remain the same from the start, it doesn’t decrease. Remember. A routine becomes a habit, and a habit becomes second nature. Switching up routines is a surefire way to have procrastination come whispering sweet nothings into our ears. Trust me, I’m speaking from firsthand experience.

Ensure that if you’re sweating, it’s because your energy produced something worthwhile.-Henery X

Money

Why is money so important in this equation? Well, it has people willing to give of their time and energy.

There’s a typical misconception pertaining to the price of a product or service. We believe that the price is all about what’s offered. And though this is true to a certain extent, it’s far from the only factor. We can’t forget the time and energy that went into creating the product or service. And though no amount of money could ever compare with time or energy, being compensated for both makes our effort worth it.

When I agree to edit someone’s manuscript, this means I’m taking time and energy away from something I’m working on, seeing I have little of either to spare. So, to make this exchange worth it, I’ll need to be paid.

Sure, we could invest time and energy into being enlightened about whatever service we’re thinking of acquiring, but then this would put a delay in accomplishing our goal. And most of us want to accomplish our goals. So, we’re willing to exchange the money required to obtain the time and energy of the person who knows what we know not.

No matter how much money we offer to pay someone for their service, it won’t affect the time and energy they’ve designated to perform the task. Remember. A routine becomes a habit, and a habit becomes second nature.-Henery X

Thank you for taking the time to acknowledge my offering. May all you deserve and desire flow abundantly into your life, as a river does into a sea.

Remember. I’m not here to convince you to believe. I’m here to offer you something else to consider.

May we never lose our desire to outdo what we’ve already done.

Continue to be a lighthouse for all those who feel lost in the sea of life.

Peace, Love, and the utmost Respect.
