Think Smarter

Constant self verbal clashes Leave me risin’ from the ashes

Better than ever, Bow down to who? Never

Blazin’ the trail Where winners never fail Suckaz can’t see me but they feel me like Braille

I see ’em takin’ notes I hear ’em quotin’ my quotes But they discover that recitin’ somethin’ I wrote And not out of admiration but to get votes Quickly cuts the cords in their throats

Now they’re afraid to speak And their fear leave ’em in search of a new means to eat

Imagine dyin’ of starvation And due to the lack of havin’ an original imagination Building a brand with bits and pieces of other people’s conversations

That’s a damn shame Can’t even picture one masterpiece in your mind frame

My advice?

Think smarter Work harder So you can come off the bench and become a full-time starter

Ballin’ outta control And you still possess your soul Makin’ self-proclaimed competition fold the hands they hold This is the result when you produce literary gold

Some of the best conversations I’ve ever had were with myself. I’d ask the tough questions and give the honest answers. During these exchanges, I discovered that not only was my thinking more of the problem, but that it was also the solution to the problem as well.

If we desire to change our lives, it must begin with our thinking. Open our minds and realize our way isn’t the only one.

Thank you for taking the time to acknowledge my offering. May all you deserve and desire flow abundantly into your life, as a river does into a sea.

Remember. I’m not here to convince you to believe. I’m here to offer you something else to consider.

May we never lose our desire to outdo what we’ve already done.

Continue to be a lighthouse for all those who feel lost in the sea of life.

Peace, Love, and the utmost Respect.
