Every day we should find a reason to lose excuses.-Henery X
Originality

Once upon a time, In a mind like mine.
Stories longed to be told, So I hit the literary road, With the intent of putting the craft back into the fold.
It’s as if originality, Has become a fatality, Creatives choosing to choose fiction over reality.
Saying if it don’t make dollars then it don’t make sense, But a lack of common sense in exchange for dollars, Has idiots being praised as if they’re scholars.
What type of message is this sending to future generations, That it’s cool to compromise for the sake of compensation, It’s time that we have that all important conversation.
Though society, Provides variety.
It’s usually all meant to have us act before we think, So we’ll set sail in shallow water with jagged boulders that will ensure our ships will sink.
See, whosoever controls the mind, Will ensure if the body stays in or out of line, If eyes will see or remain blind, To tangible proof that we were created to seek and find, The means to live a life of our own design.
Being original is originality.
Our names give us identity. The way we live our lives will define us.-Henery X
Thank you for taking the time to acknowledge my offering. May all you deserve and desire flow abundantly into your life, as a river does into a sea.
Remember. I’m not here to convince you to believe. I’m here to offer you something else to consider.
May we never lose our desire to outdo what we’ve already done.
Continue to be a lighthouse for all those who feel lost in the sea of life.
