My only competition? The last words that I made mention, I don’t compete, For a seat, My primary motivation is that me and mine need to eat, So I’m always focused on out doing what I’ve already done, And due to my work ethic something new is always created beneath the Sun, After the fact I listen to learn, On what to keep and what to burn, And the latter of the two I never regard with concern, It came and went, Now it’s all about making up that time that was spent, Precise precision, Is a choice before it’s a decision, Like a decision is a risk before it’s a provision, You’re bearing witness to the result of twenty-seven plus years, Of heartache and tears, Facing and fighting fears, Embracing and disregarding peers, And all this to eventually reach the point of no return, Greatness isn’t something that’s given, it’s something that we need to earn.
Thank you for taking the time to acknowledge my offering. May all you deserve and desire flow abundantly into your life, as a river does into a sea.
Remember. I’m not here to convince you to believe. I’m here to offer you something else to consider.
May we never lose our desire to outdo what we’ve already done.
