Experience will show us the way

One of the things my experiences have taught me is to stop second guessing my first mind. I’m not saying I move out on the first thought I think, but that I no longer ignore it. It came to mind first for a specific reason, and I owe it the respect to see why.-Henery X

No Greater Teacher

It is said that experience is the best teacher. I agree with this one thousand percent. Experience is the result of something having been done. When we accomplish a goal, we have the experience of how it was done. When our efforts don’t produce the desired result, we have the experience of why not. Experience serves as a guide for what or what not to do in our next stages of living life. Experience allows us to analyze what helped us and what did not. Without experience we’re left to wonder, guess, or assume. Taking a chance and it doesn’t pan out, is better than allowing a chance to pass us by. Living with disappointment is less painful than living with regret.

I say, shoot your shot. Because even if you miss, you’ll have something to study, which could make your next attempt better. Experience helps us to get better, but only when we don’t regard the outcome as a failure, because it didn’t produce the desired result.

The First Should Never Be The Last

More often than not, first attempts at doing something won’t produce the desired result. This is because they’re usually a test of our desire. When we claim to want or need something, our desire will be tested. We create a plan and then execute it to the letter. But the plan doesn’t produce the desired result. Now what? Well, we have two choices. The first choice, come up with a new plan. The second choice, quit. For so many of us, option two is the likely choice. But why? Is it because we truly didn’t want or need whatever it is we went after? Or is it that disappointment is greater than our desire? When we want or need something badly enough, nothing or no one will stop us from attempting to get it. All circumstances will be like fuel for our desire. We will study each unsuccessful attempt to see why it didn’t work. Our conclusions will make up the foundation for every other attempt. And more often than not, our relentless commitment will reward us with what we wanted or needed.

The Road To Success Is Rarely Smooth

True failure is when we stop attempting to succeed. Everything else is just options not meant to produce the desired result, and to show us why they weren't. Unsuccessful attempts help us eventually succeed. They are valuable experiences laced with things we shouldn’t have done, as well as give us the opportunity to see what we should have done. In the end, it will come down to what we believe to be true. If we think we’re not meant to have what we desire, so it shall be. But if we believe what we desire is ours, so it shall be.

In closing…

True failure is when we stop attempting to succeed. Everything else is just options not meant to produce the desired result, and to show us why they weren't. It’s all about our personal perception. Who on this plane of existence knows us better than us? Experiences allow us to know what we’re capable of. We have all transformed thoughts into tangible things. It’s less about the degree of transformation, and more about the transformation itself. This is proof positive that we can do whatever it is we desire. So, treasure your experiences, because they could help lead you to living the life you deserve and desire.

Remember. I’m not here to convince you to believe. I’m here to offer you something else to consider.

This line right here : “ True failure is when we stop attempting to succeed”, reminds me of a line I’m always saying and even wrote an offering on once: Failure is success in progress.” Or in other words, failures are an active ingredients for eventual success.

my mindset is I may not have achieved a certain goal or gotten what I desired yet but I strongly believe that it’s coming and everything up until then is just preparing the celebration party for when it arrives.

Thank you for your confirmation and reminder.
