If hate is the lock, then love is the key.-Henery X
War Of Words

On the battlefield in my mind
Countless words stand on the front line
Willing to die but eager to live
And they all pray I have a little attention to give
So, as I begin to think, my concentration
Activates the process of elimination
Because my conversation
Has to exceed the receiver's expectation
Casualties of war
Are not less but more
Because login and reason are always like what for
Each paragraph
Is birthed from a bloodbath
And excellence is the aftermath
I catch the scenes as they unfold
The greatest stories never told
And then like a boomerang I let them fly, and they come back literary gold
Now it's time to repeat the process
And I must confess
I'll never digress
Because how could it ever end
When every word wants to win
Eager to contend
Every foe could never be a friend
Who, what, where, why, and when
And every other word in between
Dream
Of being seen
In the light
So they fight
With all their might
Hoping to appear in one line I write
Battered and bruised
Dazed and confused
But so thankful I chose them to be used
Amen! 5 snaps up!
This is an accurate account of what goes on in my mind daily. I'm always thinking and my thoughts are always battling to be seen or heard. To most it may seem chaotic but for me, it wouldn't have it any other way. This is by far one of my all-time favorite offerings.
